Works as advertised. I wouldnāt call it a heavy duty enclosure, so make sure you donāt abuse it. Makes running and retracting the cord so much faster

Handy Product
I didn't have an extension cord long enough to reach the car when I needed electricity. When this cord/reel combo arrived I right away used it to do some work on areas of my car where the paint had oxidized. The extension cord gave me plenty of reach, and plugging the orbital buffer into the outlets on the reel was sweet! It was a little hard reeling the cord in at first because the handle doesn't independently spin, but I found that if you stand over the cord and hold the reel with the opening facing down, it reels in just fine. I'm very happy with this and I recommend it!

Seems solidā¦ but has a couple of issues
Just received this today, so here are some initial impressions. The device seems quite solid and the cord is definitely heavy-duty. Iām not quite sure why there a toggle power switch; the switch itself seems flimsy and I hope it doesnāt break, especially in the OFF position, which would render the product unusable.Also, the knob at the end of the winding crank does not spinā¦ itās simply molded as part of the crank. This is very annoying when the time comes to retract the cordā completely unergonomic! The knob is actually ridged, as if the manufacturerās intent was to rub your skin raw whenever you chose to use the crankā¦ stunning idiocy of design.I wonāt bother to return this, but Iām sure there are better designed products out there.

Use this for hooking up Multiple Sewing Machines
Not the typical use for this product, but it works very well for multiple sewing machines at a quilting group.

Handy for regular household electronics and not heavy duty tools.
Pretty good for using like lamps and hair clippers. Wish it was more powerful but thay was my mistake before buying and not reading the details. The nob doesn't spin it's built into the whole front plate but I have no issues winding the cord back up quickly.

Every home should have one
BEST extension cord I've ever purchased! Easy to wind up and has 4 sockets. So handy when tenting! I'll be buying more.
