The sharpener works great, the gloves are not good, to prove this I used the sharpener to sharpen a knife which worked great and then I used that knife to cut right through the glove. The glove would help with light scratches but once the knife is sharp pointless.

Good value product. Easy to use and did excellent job at sharpening my blunt knives and scissors.

Brilliant bit of kit

It's easy to use, hold and clean, however, it blunt my scissors to beyond use, the sharpening blocks are not the best and after a few months light use I can see them wearing already. My knives are sharper, but not as sharp as I was expecting. If you want razer sharp then I would suggest a proper knife block, but for average kitchen chefs at home, this is sufficient enough to make cutting a little easier and keeping your knives at an average standard

Product is professionally packaged, as a result item was received undamaged.Item was received promptly in line with Prime users next day delivery promise.There are both positives and negatives associate with this product.Positives:1) The product has 4 different sharpening options; 2 for steal 1 for ceramic and 1 for scissors.2) The steal sharpening options has 1 is diamond coated for fine sharpening, and 1 is tungsten coated for a course sharpening.3) Rubber added to handle for secure grip when sharpening.4) Safety gloves provided.Negatives:1) Item has a plastic finish which on first appearance makes the product look cheap.2) Item is bulky which makes storage of item difficult. I would recommend customers with small kitchen storage to avoid and opt for other alternatives.Overall, I would recommend this item.

I have been very impressed with this knife sharpener. It has excellent functionality due to the different grades of built-in sharpener for different blades. I use it to go from blunt with the rough stone, through the grades, and then finish the sharpening with the smooth finish. I love the additional sharpener for the scissors, and the unit stays in place due to the suction pads. The compact design allows me to store the sharpener in my cutlery drawer.

It works great came on great time and comes with a pair of gloves the gloves are one size fits all

Knives are now good for tomatoes :-)
