Great cookbook but measurements are in grams

I don't mind complex recipes or non-staple ingredients, but that is all this book is. Hardly a vegan recipe bible, more like yet another recipe book filled to the brim with overly complex recipes that probably 5% of buyers will ever make.

Great recipes for vegan cooking!I love that there are many recipes about making your own vegan cheese at home. I moved to Belgium and the vegan section in grocery stores is quite disappointing so this is definitely helpful. I bought the book on Amazon second-hand and it’s in quite good condition.

I love this book lots of great ideas and recipes but not much photos.

My son has decided to become vegan and I was at a bit of a loss as to what to cook as I don't have a massive repertoire of recipes that don't involve some sort of meat, fish, butter, egg, cheese or milk.This book has provided me with a really good basis for some interesting and delicious meals. We've even made vegan ricotta - which is surprisingly tasty. I have slightly adapted some of the recipes as I haven't been able to get hold of all the ingredients (what even is malted yeast? I suppose I should try the health food shops?) but it doesn't seem to matter as the results so far have been great!I would definitely recommend. I might even become vegan myself!

I recently turned vegan and I am still looking for tips and tricks to get along in this new way of eating. I definitely did not want to see a doctor writing that vegans should take supplements. Lots of recipes with products that are very hard to find.
