Always slightly wary of ordering branded products from Amazon when they are not available on supplier website. But these have been out of stock for ever so risked it. They are genuine SiS Beta Alanine tablets, leave you with that slight tingling feeling and hopefully they do what they are meant to

It works BUT tablets are massive and borderline impossible to swallow
It works and it is tested by Informed Sport (WeTestYouTrust.com) but the tablets are so big that they are borderline impossible to swallow (even when you break them in half).

Not really 45 days supply - 22.5 days
Just received. Says take 4 tablets a day. There are 90 tablets. That doesn't make 45 days supply. Unless I've got something wrong here these appear to be being missold?

90 tablets it says on the packet. Two months supply it says on the packet. Take 4 a day it says on the packet.Someone’s maths is a bit off in SiS!That said seem fine. Am I faster on the climbs? I’ve taken 20% off my Strava PB. I can only assume this is the tablets rather than the gruelling hours on the turbo.
