Q: Can it ve used on a grill

This tank is liquid draw only! It can only be used with forklifts or devices that require a liquid draw cylinder. It can NOT be used with devices that require vapor draw, such as a standard BBQ grill.

Q: What fitting is needed to connect to the liquid valve?

A standard propane, female connection. Amazon has hose and fitting in Stock.

Q: Some of these answers are wrong and dangerous. Does this have a liquid withdraw tube or not? Forkilfts run on liquid.

I don't know about a liquid tube but I bought two of these tanks and have used both of them on my forklift which mount horizontally and they work fine. No problems. They are steel so they are a bit heavy when lifting but other than that they work fine.

Q: How many gallons of propane in this tank

Sorry I can’t answer how many gallons because propane is measured by gallons. They normally only fill propane tanks to 75% due to expansion and expansion. So 32 gallons @ 75% would be about 25 gallons x’s $3 a gallon =$75. Hope this helps.
