You know what I hate about multi-plugs? It's not the plugs themselves, it's the designers who try to fit as many sockets into as small a space as possible. This is good design sense clearly - but the problem is these things usually end up sat behind desks with loads of horrible chargers plugged into them. The problem with these chargers is that they NEVER fit into the space allocated for a UK plug. They either stick out the top or bottom, meaning that they cover up the socket above or below them. This socket is the worst example of this kind of design thinking.Despite having 6 sockets, there is no way I can plug more than 4 of the devices I happen to have on my desk into it at a time - not the fault of the device you might think - but how about offsetting the plugs so the top/bottom of the charger, rather than obscuring the socket above/below it sits in between the sockets, allowing me to plug stuff in without throwing things at the wall in frustration.

I use this sat in one of my cable management trays under my standing desk. It enables me to have my two charging cables for my devices routed and attatched to my desk for easy access even for when the table moves. It also reduces the number of cables coming down from the desk with 6 pugs for my monitors and other devices nearby. Paired with cable management ties etc. it is a great way to not only protect your devices from surges and ensure your devices get the power they need from one nearby source.I will probably get another one of these when I get an upgrade as I have this thing maxed out and have done for a couple of months with no issues. I doubt I will get any issues as the cable appears to be high quality and the buildof the hub seems adequate quality hard plastic.One possible complaint is it is just a little bit too wide (by just a couple of mm) I have had to be a little rough with the installation in my application of this product. This issue probably won't affect most customers though and was easily worked around.

The extension lead is very very good. Strong and solid materials. The cable is very long and covered with a strong tissue.The only black dot on this are the 2 USB socket. When you plug in your phone or whatever you like using the USB a very annoying noise comes out... Something like "fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii". In the beginning I didn't understand where it comes from, but I understand it later. So... Only if you plug in something in the USB. I don't know why.

All in all a good extension lead. Everything looks and works well. Very good value!
