Itaar Hall Tree, Entryway Hall Tree with Storage Bench (38", Rustic Brown)

The first one I received was broken. I contacted the seller who immediately responded and replaced the broken one very quickly. Very nice piece. Strong and sturdy. Nice looking.

So I have contacted the seller 3 times to let them know that I am missing Board 11 with no response. I purchased this in July. I was building a home so I didn't open it right away since it was for my new home. Now, this partially put together coat tree is totally useless and all I wanted was the board. I didn't initially want a refund, never asked for one, I just want BOARD 11 so that I can finish the tree! I still think it's a beautiful piece but I am starting to despise it in it's unfinished state. So although it's a nice looking coat tree, pray you don't have to contact the seller for any reason because they will ignore you and ultimately having you throw away money because this thing is not cheap! But it's going to end up in the trash if I do not get the ONE freaking board that I need. Why is that so hard!? Send me BOARD 11!*UPDATE*I received the missing board! Finally able to complete this coat tree. The board arrived damaged but I am just happy to this coat tree functional.

The product looks way better in person than it does on the pictures. Pictures do not do it justice, I am absolutely in love with my whole tree and I have debated on buying another one lol. It took a little while to assemble, but it was really easy and it is very sturdy. I definitely recommend this!! Buy it!!

My only reason for a 4 star is the back is flimsy cardboard that needs to be tact diwn to the slats do not sit right.

Where to start? First off, the package arrived damaged, thankfully none of the pieces were broken. Secondly, the directions say two people can put this thing together in about 60 minutes, ummm NOT. There is a minimal directions, with pictures only, no transcript. With that being said if you are not experienced at this type of thing, it will take hours to get this out together. We had many issues getting it together, one of which is the piece that has the predrilled holes to put the coat hooks on with. Ours is currently backwards! And forget using a drill to put this together, you're better off with a good ole fashioned handheld screwdriver. Thirdly, when you go to put the backing on, make sure you have it lined up really well or you'll have a very hard time with the baby screws that hold it on. Last, but not least, it is very nice to look at once you've got it all together, but I'm quite afraid to move it, it may just come apart!!

We bought our new house about a year ago and the first thing I notice it was that we needed something for our entryway to place our shoes and bags. This had the perfect size and it was super easy to assemble! It looks very good and it has helped me keep our entryway organized! I love it!

Not worth your money. The whole thing wiggles back and forth, and the wood is bent to where it won't stand straight up against the wall. Save your money on this. The quality isn't worth it.

I ordered this hall tree and it arrived earlier than expected and was very heavy (70#) in package. My husband and I put it together in about 2-3 hours but the directions were ONLY pictures and a little bit confusing. We definitely needed 2 people to put it together since you have to hold pieces while the other person screws things in. Luckily, I've put enough Legos together with my son that we could figure out the pictures fairly easily--but we did make some mistakes and had to go back and start some steps over. Some of the hardware was missing (not enough of the longer wooden dowels) so we used some smaller ones and some super glue. There were some dark stains (dirt?) on the part you nail to the back but it came clean with some soap and elbow grease. The hall tree is made out of cheap particle board type materials but pretty sturdy once everything is put together. It's the perfect size for our entry way and exactly what I wanted for coats and shoe storage. Great value for the price!
