Some of the scents were too strong for me, but overall a good product
I gave this a 4-star "I like it" rating because I think it's a quality product and I don't want my preferences to effect the rating of the QUALITY of the product.That being said, Some of the scents in these bath bombs were too strong for my liking. In particular, I remember the lemongrass one just hitting that wrong spot in the spectrum to give me a fragrance headache, but I am triggered by really powdery, high notes, so that might not be a problem for anyone else.The quality of these bath bombs is great, the fizzing is powerful and fun, the scents are strong in the box, but disperse and are lighter in the bath (not as overwhelming, which is a good thing) and there is a really nice range of scents in here. The amber scent, the coconut scent! IF I could buy them in bulk I would! They are exactly my type of scents and are so beautiful and relaxing. But aside from the earthy scents, you have florals and herbals as well. It's a really great variety!There is no color in the bath bombs, but I prefer that as I find some colors tend to stain our tub (or my skin) and I don't have the time to do the extra cleaning required. They make the water feel soft and more comfortable and are soapy enough to cleanse the skin as well. The only con on these is that they DO leave a soapy residue on the tub. We don't have the tub grippers most people have, so I found myself being extra, extra careful as I moved around in the shower afterward. I wouldn't recommend these to older folks if they don't have the right equipment (grippy tub, handrail, etc) to protect them from a fall.Otherwise, we've really enjoyed the quality of these, and do recommend them.I purchased these at a discount in exchange for my unbiased trial and honest review.
