HEXBUG Remote Control Dragon - Rechargeable Toy for Kids - Adjustable Robotic Dinosaur Figure - Colors May Vary

After reading mixed reviews I wasn't sure how this would be but took the chance for my son's 5th birthday. It's much better than I thought, battery lasts long enough, very easy to control because it's not massively fast and so far seems sturdy (it has lasted 3 months with a 2yo and 5yo anyway). Works fine on carpet but faster on hard floors.Only negative is the packaging which has too much unnecessary plastic, though that is the case for most kids toys unless you buy wooden

For £16 this was a brilliant deal kids love this so much I should of bought two , charges quickly and there's about a 30 min play time , it's quite quick and has leds and sounds that u can operate on the remote , range of the little dragon seems to got around 6 to 8 feet. Remote runs on two small watch battery's that I'm guessing don't need to be replaced to often.

Yesterday: Ordered this item for my soon to be10 year old great granddaughter's birthday present (she's into dragons) hoping for red or green and keeping fingers crossed I didn't get black. Today: Item delivered but the gamble didn't pay off. I got black. What I would like to know is how many other purchasers receive a black model, and why black? Surely green and red would suffice for either boy or girl? I accept we can't make a choice but really? I hope she likes it; her birthday's not for 9 days. Please reconsider selling a black one!

Ordered this for my grandson for Christmas, the toy is well made and the battery does not last very long but it is good fun for the children. I received the black dragon which is not really the colour I wanted so you should be able to choice the dragon colour as I have paid for it.

Bought as a Xmas present. It works great on thick carpet and on tiled floor, lots of fun and easy to use.

Bought this for my grown up son for a bit of fun on Christmas Day as he had a love of dragons when he was small. Really pleased as this toy did far more than I expected and entertained us all with its moves. Well worth the price for young and old!

Nice toy overall, and honestly very good battery life. 2 times in one month (playing like 2-3 times/week- 5 to 10 min each play depending of my doughter's interest)Oh and that's the best ever toy for me aswell as I'm playing with my 10m doughter. The game is: she is following the red dragon and if she is catching it, she then can use the toy's flexible parts to chew 😂If the red dragon survived until now, I'm happy!Nice one Hexbug! 🤗

I did not realise black was going to be in the colours, thought is would been green or red, l recieved black, not really very good for a 5 year old!!!
