Zig Ziglar is perhaps one of the most positive speakers I've had the pleasure to hear. He certainly brings old time wit and wisdom to today's fast pace world. No matter how you slice it, situations always repeat themselves, just not necessarily in our lifetime. Life in general, and certainly business ventures, don't come with a training manual or road map, Mr. Ziglar makes light of how to get the most out of life with timeless direction while entertaining the listener with his down home manner, sprinkling humor along the way just to keep your attention. No matter if you're shooting for the top in your career or just want to enjoy life and be a positive influence in people's lives, this would be a most enjoyable read.

If you are in sales or just want a better outlook on life, you need this CD. I went to a few of Zig's seminars in the '80s, and his Born to Win and See You At the Top tape series changed my life and gave me the confidence to make a seven figure a year income. Zig was a Godly man (he passed away in 2012) and his advice on life and our behavior towards others is very pertinent in today's world. Some of his sayings may seem corny, but I still repeat them 30 years later. Every young adult going into sales should listen to Zig. He was truly a blessed man with an important message.

Okay, before I get berated by all the Ziglar fans this is my issue. I feel that the approach is a little too old school. The economy is quickly becoming a global economy, information is more available than ever before, and due to e-commerce and the ability for you to reach anyone you want anywhere in the world from your living room I disagree with the whole "Do what you need to do now so you can do what you want to do later" theory. Life is too short for that. Work smart, create passive and income you can outsource and automate and hit multiple base hits instead of a home run. Besides that the information is still very relevant. Oh, I also hated the nonchalant part about the dog fighting. I have a pitbull that is an amazing sweet dog and I think it is extremely ugly to pit animals against each other for monetary gain. He should have omitted that story.

Zig Ziglar is a outstanding motivator. I have his books and tapes were past on to someone else. This was for my son, who seemed to need guidance getting his life turned in a more positive direction. He has listened to this twice and really liked it. He is putting some of the ideasto work and finding success.

I highly recommend this CD. Zig is at the top opening your eyes to a new way of seeing things."Change the input, and you can change the output" is a classic statement, which we all should know but don't realize it so easy.This CD will motivate you to change your life and think it in a different way.

Not the typical audio book I have come to expect from Zig Ziglar. This was more of a recorded performance than an audio book. A lot of time spent with narrative fillers that were not necessary.Message was there as Ziglar often presents however, you have to listen for it.A trip to the library for this "book" would be worth your time. Not a $15.00 purchase.

This was an updated version and different from the version I heard more than 15 years ago on cassette tape. It's still good to listen to and has the infamous voice of "Zig" - priceless.

This man has a gift to lift you up and point out in a fasinating way how we set ourselves up for failure - a great CD to put in your car and listen to - his southern accent is engaging. A great listen or read (if you buy the book)
