I’m very happy with this 100’ quality water hose, it is lightweight and has worked perfectly for a couple of years. The hose recently began to leak, I followed the instructions online for a replacement. I am happy to share that once again I have great hose. Thank you to the seller for excellent customer service.

I have been using the J&B 75 ft XpandaHose for six years on my front porch and I NEVER want to use anything else. The product is outstanding, and the customer service is SUPERB! The company stands behind their product! Not many companies do anymore. When I am not using the hose, I release the pressure and it contracts to almost nothing and is not noticeable in the corner behind my flower pot. When I need to water, I turn it on, it expands and I can water my garden, my front lawn or wash my car without having to drag a heavy hose or ask someone to help me. The hose started leaking before we were going on a spring break trip and I was afraid the potted plants and new grass seed would die before we got back if there was no hose for my neighbor to water with. I sent an email to J&B, with pictures of the dripping hose, order number, and summary of the time constraint we were under. I received a return email the same day saying that a replacement was on the way. The replacement arrived before we left on our trip and none of our plants died ! I cannot say enough good compliments about J&B XpandaHose and the company's owners!

I bought this hose in 2022 and have loved it. Easy, durable , like the expansion. Worth the price. It’s now 4 years later and the hose has a split. I somehow recalled it had a lifetime warranty. In less than 10 minutes and new hose was on its way to me. Cannot tell you how impressed I am with how quickly they responded and how easily they honored the warranty. I know think the hose was an INCREDIBLE investment.

Bought in June 2024. I need 75' to reach to farthest part of my garden, but one 75' section of this kind of hose had to be pulled very tight to reach so I ended up buying 2 at $76.95 each and now they're trash. A small tear in the fabric of one from catching on a rock created a huge leak, loss of water pressure. No way to repair as I would normally do on a standard hose. Also, the connectors may be brass but very thin metal and can't handle being stepped on, even by a small person as myself. Now the other hose doesn't connect perfectly to the faucet, more water loss. My family usually gets 10 years out of a garden hose; 2 years is nothing. Waste of money. The positives; very lightweight and easy to handle, doesn't knot up, truly kink-proof which is why I bought it, attractive covering. The negatives; the "75 foot" size is about 20 feet long and if you pull on it like you're pulling an unwilling earthworm out of its hole, and stretch it, you might be able to get it to 75' but not around a corner. I couldn't. And you have to babysit it, you must hold the hose to water, you can't just pull it to where you want water, set it down and walk away, because it's a Slinky toy and will spring right back to 20'. That was almost comical. But I like the kink-proof factor enough that I just ordered another one, to attach to the first and get the length I need without really wrestling with it, pulling and stretching it. Had I known all this prior to buying it, I might not have bought it. But it's a drought right now and I've got plants dying, can't be worrying about details for the price of a hose. It wasn't that expensive. I'll give the review an update after using it for a bit. OK, update, after receiving 2nd hose and connecting the two. Now it reaches the 75' they advertise. It is a very good hose, lightweight, doesn't kink. But it does get caught on the slightest imperfection on concrete. And you can't pull it around a corner, you have to go back and walk it around a corner. So you have to basically set it up where you want to spray and then you're good. I still like it better than my old hose which kinked all the time and was very heavy. Nothing is perfect. Yet another update; I still really like this hose. Just some notes; after being stretched any number of times, eventually it is stretched and is longer, so maybe I didn't need that additional length of hose. It will not slide on concrete, the fabric snags on everything, so you can't just pull it along. You have to pick it up and move it. Not a big deal as it is very lightweight. Also, it fills with water, so when you turn the faucet off, the hose still has several gallons of water in it under pressure and you can continue to water plants until the pressure has died.

I bought 3 of these hoses for backyard & front yard locations after other expandable hoses did not last. I liked the 4-layer latex core and brass construction of the J&B Hose. Unfortunately, I did have one of the J&B hoses burst, but I contacted them and immediately they responded. They were very professional and understanding. They asked me to follow some "return" instructions which I did. And they replied immediately to let me know they had shipped a new hose to me. It took about a week, but I have it and I'm already using it. I give them a 5 STAR because I think they have great customer service, a great hose and they stand behind their warranty!

If you’re looking for a great hose that is easy to work with and expands to 100ft then this is the hose you want. It also stores nicely and isn’t heavy. The company does stand behind their product and answers questions the same day. I liked it so much I have a 75 ft one for another area of my yard. I have them for three years now.

Hose is good quality and does exactly what is advertised, but what I am more impressed with is this company’s willingness to stand behind their product. Unlike so many others, They say “lifetime warranty “l and they actually mean it. Hose started leaking, BUT after contacting the manufacturer I had a replacement in the mail in under 12 hours!!!

Very light weight. Easy to use. I’ve had many in the past that leak after a few months. Too early to tell but it does have a life time warranty.

Ultimately the best hose set up I’ve ever owned. Love the light weight making it easy to move around and the sprayer is perfect for the tasks
