If you need it, just pay for this one, it WORKS
I needed this specialty wrench to remove the bottom bracket on my old/vintage specialized bicycle. I first tried out an alternative wrench from some no name brand just because it was cheaper and this was a one time use thing for me. Well of course the cheap one didn’t fit properly, so I ended up getting this one and it fit perfectly and got the job done in seconds. Just pay for the right tool, which is this one I only needed it once but the quality of this wrench is excellent and I’m sure will be durable for many many uses

Worked perfectly!
Just a heads up, you may need a rubber mallet to help it along if you've owned the bike a while and never had to touch the bottom bracket. My fixed cup was REALLY on there.

well engineered, sturdy, perfect on fixed (drive-side) cup on a cup/cone bottom bracket with 36mm flats.

Almost atypical Park Tool quality
This tool performs two functions: 1. BB Cup removal via socket - Be aware that the thinness of the tool means that it will slip off the BB cup especially if the BB cup is slightly rusted or stuck. 2. BB Cup removal via pins - The pins are threaded for ease of replacement but I have found that they just as easily loosen, fall, and get lost. the fact that the pins are of a set distance apart limits the tools usage - there are other tools that may better perfom this function.
