Wrong Size Shipped and Delivered

The size shown on the bottom of the slipper (35-36 or 230mm) is so SMALL it's not even on the chart provided for ordering. This slipper was on my tween granddaughter's Christmas list, so I'm very disappointed and a bit astonished since the is the second time I've ordered footwear on Amazon and the product arrived significantly smaller than I ordered. Also, it's not easy to return items, especially if you are distancing for health safety. The slipper may be fine, but I do not recommend ordering footwear on Amazon.
