I just got this item and have been using it for about a week. I feel less hungry and hoping that it helps with my energy so it can help get rid of some extra lbs. It is all natural and of course advises people to check with their doctors before taking anything to make sure it doesn't interfere with any other medications you may take or medical conditions. It is listed as non stimulating and I have not felt anything negative about this product.

I've been using Natura Best Green Coffee Bean extract continuously for several months in conjunction with the Natura Best Garcinia Cambogia. I lost 11 lbs the first 6 weeks and have continued to drop weight. I'm almost at my goal of 30lbs lost at which I point ibplan on adjusting my dosage for maintaining rather than losing weight. I've tried so many other similar products but have never had this kind of result. I'm so happy with these products!
