how do you know the expiration date on mascara? I'm so tired of buying "new" mascaras that are dry and old first opened.

Always check the PETA website. I can’t find Golden Rose or GR Cosmetics listed on the PETA site. They may go under a different name? And as a previous commenter answered, if they sell in China they ARE NOT cruelty free.
