I first purchased the subject Wheat Grass Seed 31-May-2021. My initial review shown below indicated that we ( My wife, her Cat and I) were very satisfied with the Wheat Grass seed identified above. Since our purchase roughly six months ago with our initial review in July, our satisfaction,( more precisely our cats satisfaction) with this product has continued to grow. Our cat, truly “chows down” on this home grown wheat grass. With the wheat grass purchased from the grocery store, she would nibble on it now and then. She had almost a “I can take it or leave it” attitude when a new container came home from the store. With our home grown product, still grown In the bottom of the 2 liter soda bottle bottom, as shown in the attached photo above, our cat Loves it. She doesn’t just nibble, she truly chows down throughout the entire time I have a supply down. I change the grass about every two weeks. When I put down a fresh supply, if she is within eye shot of the new supply, she stops what she is doing and trots over to the new supply to have a snack. With the two week replacement cycle, I have found that if I start a fresh supply when I put the current crop of Wheat Grass down, the new batch is full grown and appears like the photo I have attached at 1.5 to 2 weeks. I put about 1.5 cups of potting soil into the plastic 2 liter bottle end and moisten the soil until it is damp but not soggy. I sprinkle about 1.5 tablespoons of grass seed over the potting soil. I spread the seeds over the surface of the soil so the seed coverage is roughly equal. I tamp the seeds onto the top of the potting soil to give the seeds firm contact with the soil, without burying the seeds. I then mist the seeds lightly with water. For the next three days I keep the cup out of direct light in a warm spot (room temperature is fine). I mist the seeds once lightly each day. By the third day, the seeds are beginning to sprout. On the 4th morning I put the cup with seeds in a window sill for roughly a week. Again we are extremely pleased with this brand of Wheat Grass Seed and unreservedly recommend this product to all. The outcome of this resulted in our carefully tended house plant, started have “cat mouth” sized chunks missing from the leaves in multiple locations. This could not stand. 1. Many of our houseplants are toxic. So kitty snacks on house plants- full stop 🛑. I noticed one day that a local grocery had growing “Wheat Grass” in their refrigerated Organic vegetable rack. Being an adventurous old clod, I bought a 2”x2” plastic pot with growing wheat grass. Cat ( 1. ) was introduced to Wheatgrass ( 2. ). It was kitty love at first sight🤠. I started buying these growing wheat grass containers about every two weeks. I also bought a generic hand pump sprayer. I filled the sprayer with a 4 parts water to 1 part Dawn Dishwashing Soap, and started spraying the house plants about every two weeks. Problem solution in sight! The remaining issue was that during COVID-19, the price went from around $1.25 per container. The price kept rising until about a month ago (01-Jun-2021 +/-). Problem Solving 202, kicked in when the price got to $5.00 per container. So the experiment began: Solution!; “ Product: Wheatgrass Seeds | Non GMO | Grown in USA Wheat Grass Seeds | from Our Farm to Your Table (1 Pound)” and the cut off bottom of a 2 liter water bottle plus maybe 1 1\2 cups of potting soil (I use Miracle Grow (also available on Amazon). With the 2 liter bottle bottle, 2/3 full of potting mix, dampened, I sprinkled about 1.5 teaspoons of the subject wheat seed on the soil and tamped it down with my fingers. Again, using my fingers, I sprinkled the seeds with water and put the container with the planted seeds in a dimly lit, but warm corner. For the next two mornings I resprinkled the seeds with a little water. By the 3rd day, shoots were beginning to appear. They were a yellowish color after sprouting. Once roughly half the seeds had sprouted, I moved the container to a window sill. I left it in the window for another two days sprinkling the wheat grass each day. By the 3rd morning, the wheatgrass looked like the photo attached. This Wheatgrass is sooo easy to grow. No extra effort required, they grow themselves. The value of these seeds, when compared to the cost of the end product at the store ($5.00 per 2”x2” container) is phenomenal. I am laughing all the way to the bank. Lastly, my large houseplants are much happier. These seeds are about the simplest thing going at a Great price My wife’s cat likes this “home grown” wheatgrass better, and the grass lasts 3-4 times longer than the wheatgrass purchased at the grocery. Purchased this for my cats to help with hair balls and to provide some greens for them to eat. I got some small plastic tubs and I start a new batch every couple of weeks. I plant the seeds on some potting soil and cover them lightly with soil. They sprout in a few days and are ready for the cats in about a week. Just keep them watered and you will get a couple of good weeks for your cats to enjoy. Mine are always munching on some grass between meals. Seem to be quality seeds. I haven't grown any for myself in a shake or anything, but the seeds to seem to all sprout and make a quality looking grass.

This is an amazing product , especially if you have a dog that has an upset stomach often. I have bought so many of these\nOver the years and I don't know what I would do without it for my little chihuahua. She has digestive issues , and she runs to her grass and it comforts her and takes her pain away. Plus when it's growing , it grows very fast and it is so pretty , I planted some in my garden in a round circle , and it grew two feet tall before I cut it back.
