Affordable and actually works!
My daughter and swear by this product line. We were so happy to find a face cleanser that is affordable and actually works on acne! Our faces cleared right up from the “maskne”. We tried so many expensive products at Sephora that did not work as well as this.

Fresh Face
This is a WONDERFUL product. I began using it when I was 16 and still use it now at 24. It takes care of any problems on my face and I would recommend it to anyone. I also have sensitive skin and have never had any problems with this product. Nuetrogena sells another wash that looks very similar to this one (there is a silver stripe above the cap). It does not work for me and I bought it on accident once.

Tried many different ones and this was the only one that didn't irritate my rosacea
I once randomly saw this suggested by a youtuber who raved about it so I decided to give it a try. Every other face wash I tried irritated my rosacea and dried out my skin. I was thrilled with this from the first time I tried it. It's gentle, smells nice and doesn't irritate or dry out my skin at all. I haven't used any other face wash since I started using it roughly 12 years ago, and since my kids have been old enough to use face wash, they've also used only this. It's a keeper!

False advertising
I love this product but the false adverted a 3 pack and only sending one is ridiculous. This happens 2 times to me even with customer support looking into it.

Works without overdrying!
My partner and I have used this stuff for over a decade and won't use anything else to wash our faces. It is creamy and does not dry our skin too much, but it does zap zits.

Effective Product
I am a 44 year old woman with occasion adult acne. Its not the small pimples I got as a teen, but rather cystic, painful pimples that last a month. Since using this product, the occurance of such acne has been signifcantly reduced. I use it daily to remove my makeup (with a clarisonic brush)and like the gentle exfoliation. My skin feels clean and fresh and pimple free! Another hit from Neutrogena.
