Where are these made?

My taupe size large that just arrived today were the original 81%polyester 19 % spandex combo- that is like the ones i bought- and really love;)- from last year. Maybe they went back? Super soft and comfy and wash up great.

Are these true to size? If I wear a size 12 jeans, should I get a large?

Yes, I would say a size large for size 12 jeans. I bought a medium and I wear a size 6 in jeans. I found that these are a little short for me, 30" length. I am 5'4" tall and would prefer 32 length but I kept them anyways for around the house. If I ordered again, I would definitely order 32 length.
