Like the idea of being able to wash and reuse rather than disposable puppy pads.

I absolutely love Pish Pads because they are washable and easily dried. They come exceptionally clean without any residue of smell ... at least no smell that I myself can smell even putting them right to my nose. I like that they can be cut to any size. I purchased the 36" x 10' roll costing $300 ... Normally I won't mind spending this amount of money for these pads as my experience of having bought them in the past has been what I would call 5 stars. As a breeder I also encouraged my customers to buy these in place of throw away pee pads. My newest order arrived and I can honestly say I am disappointed in the quality (or lack of quality) of these Pish Pads. Unlike the older version that was very thick, had a very thick waterproof pad attached and were virtually puppy proof these newer pads are not. The newer version is very thin with a very thin backing. I used them in a pen with 2 puppies that were only weeks old and yes, they were able to chew the edge. Very disappointed as they are what I consider expensive to be able to chew the first time being used. I don't feel as though these will hold up over the years, maybe not even a year. My older Pish Pads lasted and lasted. I still have a few of the older ones so I know that the quality is less. I definitely do not recommend these to my customers any longer.

I have purchased Pish Pads since they first came on the market before they disappeared and came back. The quality of the pad has declined steadily as manufacturing techniques have changed. This roll was not a full 10 yds long and had a defect where the ends of fabric rolls were joined. The seller offered to allow me to return the roll but since the roll had been cut and used I declined. I have attempted several times to contact the manufacturer without success. They apparently do not care about whether the customer is satisfied or not. At $400 a roll and since I have purchased 6 or 7 rolls I would at least a return email when I express concerns about product quality. I wash carefully in a front load he machine which is as gentle as it gets and they still separate. I dry on the very low temp setting. I will admit that there is no competition for this product and this is why I have continued to purchase it but this was probably the last time due to their lack of response to my concerns.
