Helps lower cholesterol
I was told Red Yeast Rice could help lower my cholesterol. I follow a Keto diet, which often causes high cholesterol numbers. I started taking these, and 3 months later my blood work showed my levels were back to normal. That was 2 years ago, and the levels are still perfect.

they work no doubt
I was taking simvastatin for my cholesterol, I really hate taking those kind of drugs,they're always seems to be side affects, I stressed this concern to my dr, so she suggested I try red yeast rice, took this pill for 2 months just two months, my numbers did drop some, which is positive, they dropped from 228 to 207.now mind you I haven't changed my diet, I still eat ice creams cakes and occasional fried foods, and still there was an improvement, now I plan on continuing on with the red yeast rice, I'll be checked again in a few months we'll see what the results will be then,.., I take 2 pills twice a day.2 in the morning and 2 at night,. So far no side effects.
