What an amazing starter kit to get anyone started in the amazing world of D&D. The quality is even better than I expected on everything in the box. The cards are sturdy, the paper ink is perfect, the dice set and bags are amazing. Showed my 13 year old son and he knew what it was and started talking like a goblin saying "oooohhh, when can we play!"...

Good that the magical items are featured as cards which helps with game play. Arrived on time and well packed.

I didn’t know the actual value of this pack when i bought it through amazon. So jokes on me i guess. The essentials kit can be bought in stores for £22. I paid around £79 for what is essentially the £22 kit plus 6 sets of dice. Thats about £55 on Dice. We’ve kept it as i cba returning everything and we needed more dice anyway, but it is definitely way overpriced for what it is. You can definitely get it cheaper elsewhere. Otherwise it is what is says on the tin, everything is of good quality, just a shame i fell for the the trap of not knowing what it was actually worth.

Do NOT buy!!!! You're paying £50+ for 6 sets of dice in bags, A book that won't contain anything you couldn't find in a video online and other stuff you can find online for free, make yourself or worse yet the Essentials Kit already contains!!!! You're just buying 2 Essentials Kits for double the price but one is just a cheap knockoff. Buy the Essentials Kit on its own for £20 elsewhere. It'll give you everything you need as a starting player and you'll be £30 richer to spend on a cool Initiative tracker, actual miniatures or more dice (something worth your money)

The Essentials set is £20 and includes 6 blank character sheets, a dungeon master screen, a battle map & 11 dice already. Paper figures and pre-generated characters are available online for free. Extra Dice are available for less than £5 and not necessary to play.

Its fine but for 70 dollars most of it shouldn't require me to own a printer. There isn't even a single blank character sheet. The scenarios decent, but you're basically paying 70 dollars for 20 bucks worth of dice.

We picked up this Dungeons and Dragons Essentials Kit bundle for our VAL (Veteran Adventure League) game nights, and it's been perfect! Having everything included—six dice sets, item cards, quest cards, and character sheets—makes running sessions so much easier. Everyone gets their own dice, which keeps gameplay flowing smoothly. The cards and sheets help our group stay organized and focused on the adventure. It's a great all-in-one package with solid quality components. Our VAL crew has had some truly memorable game nights with it. Highly recommend for any gaming group!
