Great little work pen
A wonderful pen to hold and draw with . The pen moves easily with no scratching . Easy to draw from thin to thicker lines. Good weight in this pen which I like, and if you leave to lid off it’s lighter if course. Lovely wide barrel so is nice to hold and very comfortable . I would highly recommend this pen. It’s a really visually beautiful pen as well as being easy to use and good nub for drawing .

Works as described.
The pen arrived quickly, and was duly tested with waterproof ink. Results exactly as described in the description, so very pleased with it, no leaks, no scratchiness at all, does all I was hoping for, and looks great too. Didn't find it heavy either. Perfect!

Gorgeous weighty fude nib pen!
Absolutely love this weighty fude nib fountain pen, which I bought for urban sketching. Whilst it is shorter than my other fountain pens, I find that this makes it easier to handle and control. The variation in strokes that are possible makes for interesting lines and the colour is just beautiful! Thank you!

My favourite pen I've ever bought; so inexpensive for what you get, just buy 2!
I'm in LOVE with this Duke Charlie Chaplin edition bent iridium nib fountain pen! Its heavy body, chunky head and smooth action is utterly divine- You hand just glides along the page with it, which means ANYONE from beginner to advanced fountain pen 'enthusiasts' can use it. Don't be afraid of the bent nib- it is so smooth on the paper and not 'scratchy' like some nibs. I own some of the best pens available and this is a game changer for me. I accompanied it with J Herbin's encre violette pensée violet ink from the website 'cult pens' and it's JUST magical! I cannot believe this is only £20. I would pay triple for it, and it arrived on time and in a beautiful black pouch. It uses an ink converter, which if you've not used before you dip into your preferred ink and twist the top to 'suck' the ink up (there's a tiny spiral stopper inside the converter which, if you're new to this system may make you feel like it's broken somehow, but noooo, it's supposed to be there slipping around in the ink shoot, I know it freaked me out once so thought I'd put this in! Make sure you dip it allll the way in to grab the ink from your ink pot and you may have to twist a couple of times to pull the ink, but so much better than cartridges and better for the world in terms of plastic waste- LOVE THE CONVERTER, STROKE IT, NAME IT BERNIE IF IT HELPS, BUT STICK WITH IT 😂) Pen enthusiasts, beginners and calligraphers, just BUY it :)

Beautiful Big Beast of a Pen
Solid and heavy pen in lacquered brass but elegant and comfortable design. I've never used a Fude nib before but it is very responsive and gives a variety of widths depending on the angle of use. The build quality is amazing for the price. If you like drawing with ink I think you'll love it but its chunkiness and weight won't suit everyone

Broad, heavy fountain pen which writes surprisingly well
Not bad but the barrel is slightly too short to be fully comfortable while writing, and the pen is also too heavy (for me) to use comfortably with the lid on the barrel to extend the length. The positives are that it is a good looking, thick heavy pen which writes well, comes with integral ink reservoir (but I guess it can take cartridges too) and looks good given its availability in a number of different colours. I chose purple and the shade of colour plus finish is rather pleasant. The thick white metal band supposedly pays homage to Charlie Chaplin - not entirely sure how or why but it is not too intrusive

Well made and I like using it
It is a well made pen in that it is strong and for me fits my hand well. The nib was fine and that is good for me. I use it with cartridges. The flow of ink is OK but could be a bit smoother, but that does happen with a new pen and usually gets better as you write more wit it. I use the pen every day and I do have other pens that I could use. So the fact that I choose to use this pen, to me means I like writing with it.

Writes well. Possible too heavy for long writing spells
It writes well. I find it feels heavy after about a page of A4. I like the Charlie Chaplin references.
