We're on our second batch of this dried minced garlic. When we ordered our first batch a ways back, the jar showed up damaged. The company replaced it right away. We've kept it in an airtight container, and just keep filling one spice jar over and over (and over, and over...) to keep it fresh. It's allowed us to have garlic in far more dishes - neither one of us is fond of powder, and it's hard to keep fresh garlic around. Plus, I'm visually-impaired, and not having to peel and chop my garlic is a real joy. Not to mention safer.Taste-wise, it's great. I grew up with parents who loved garlic, and they grew plenty of their own. I've even been to q few garlic festivals here and there as well. This stuff is the answer to my wish: Good garlic that I can use whenever I need it. (Try stirring it into scrambled eggs!)Man, just thinking about it makes me want to go play in the kitchen. So I will!

I love to cook with only the freshest ingredients and this product definitely fits my choice of fresh ingredients!! Package was securely sealed for protection which is important during this pandemic age!!!

We use a ton of garlic but can’t always buy fresh. Garlic powder is ok but this Minced Garlic is the best!

Just got the product delivered today and as I open the jar, seal is broken(half open)

I read the reviews before buying and saw some negative comments. Glad I ignored them. This product makes me smile. Toasted minced garlic with great favor. I was worried when I opened the shipping box and could smell the garlic immediately. Thankfully, the container was intact but when I unscrewed the top, the seal was broken on the silver protection seal. I almost sent it back for an exchange but decided to try it out first. It was so good that I kept it. I will definitely order this product again. Great taste and at agreat price!
