Great Textured Hair Mannequin !

As you can see her hair is similarly textured to African American hair, which is the specific reason I bought her as I need to learn how to manage natural hair. I’ve tried both cornrows and flat twists- they both stay in her hair without unraveling. She’s well made, and has some weight to her. Length is perfect especially if you are trying to master styling short to medium length hair. I’ve also realized if I just spritz the hair with water, the texture changes similar to a wet and wavy wig - making it even easier to clear out and braid. Great mannequin if your a beginner at braiding with natural hair. I am still learning, typically after a wash I am left with a huge AFRO with absolutely no one to braid. This 9" Afro mannequin head was a great start to practicing. Threaded/knotted neatly providing nice parting section. Real natural human hair would definitely recommend.

I brought this for my teenage daughter, so she can practice her protective styles on it. She absolutely love it. The grade of hair is similar to my daughter’s, so she’s learning how to manage very well. Came in a timely matter. Nice packaging! Mannequin as seen in the picture.
