The rope used with our Poly-Dac fitness ropes is made from a blend of polyester and polypropylene fibers, the rope itself is Black and has a red/orange tracer twisted into the rope. Poly-Dac fitness ropes are ideal for indoor use, they won't shed like manila ropes and are softer on your hands. Every fitness rope that we make is handcrafted with vinyl handles on both ends, handles that stay put is very important to us. TAKE YOUR WORKOUT TO THE NEXT LEVEL! Start out doing 3 sets of 30-second intervals with 45 seconds of rest in between. As your conditioning improves, increase the duration of the move and decrease the rest times. With each of these exercises, you want to create a solid base by planting your feet in a shoulder width stance and stabilizing your core. You'll quickly discover that these exercises engage not just your arms and shoulders, but your whole body.
