The fountain has a crack in it on delivery… no instructions on returning it for a new one… so I’m stuck with an inoperable product

Cheaply made, fogger/mister doesn't work
I wasn't expecting too much from a Chinese supplier, and for that I wasn't disappointed. It's ok, but definitely cheaply made. Plants are definitely low quality, as they were falling apart(the "bonsai"). The biggest disappointment was the mister/fogger. As soon as I plugged it in, tiny, red lights, flashed for a second or two, and that's all it did. I left the fountain running for more than an hour, nothing. So disappointed as this was a Christmas gift, and so couldn't test it until almost a month later. So sad.
