Nice little easy to use meter
I bought this to add to my MM collection and to have a true RMS mini meter to carry with me. This is very easy to use, the smart function will quickly determine if you are reading, AV volts, DC volts, Ohms or continuity. I've used literally every function and it works very nice and has good accuracy, by that I mean it is a inexpensive very portable meter with a nice case it may not be as accurate as a Fluke 87 but pretty darn close. The display is large and very easy to read with no imperfections like the HT118A I also ordered and returned. Function buttons are easy to maneuver thru. This is close to a perfect meter for the average homeowner to use and get easy fast and reliable measurements. The only thing you need to understand is the included probes which are very nice use a smaller banana jack to connect to the meter, so other standard probes will NOT fit this meter. Not a big deal for most folks. The HT118A I ordered (another larger meter) had a screen with bubble like marks in it. I reached out to Kaiweets customer service and its been 2 months since and no reply, I returned the meter within the 30 day timeframe. Don't expect kaiweets customer to stand behind their products tho.

Works well
I thought a digital VOM would be nice but I've gone back to my old cheap analog meter for most things. It needs batteries (obviously) so it may be dead when you need it. I don't use it often and don't want to replace batteries when I do.Since I don't use often, I spend time figuring out how to use it every time.It wants to auto select volts/ohms and range. I know what I want to measure, just let me set it.

Nice meter for simple tasks
I really wanted a small meter to for simple jobs and that exactly what this is. Nothing fancy and its about the size of this broken iPhone 7 screen. You get 4 batteries ( 2 for the meter, 2 spares) and an extra fuse. The zipper case is decent and like others have said you must remove the leads to put everything back inside. The instructions do not fit but it’s really not that hard to use. If you need to read them each time you use the meter then it might be a good idea to stay away from electricity. The meter’s hard case is similar to a silicon case for a cellphone. It’s easy to remove/replace the meter without feeling like it’s going to damage the case. The Auto function is user friendly and it’s easy to navigate the other features as well. The 4 buttons do feel a little “clicky”, like an old TV remote. There is a flashlight ( your phone is better), the NCV is a nice feature as well. It will measure temperature but only in metric. It’s worth mentioning 1) It measures up to 250V, 10A. Yes it says CAT III 600V... 2) It’s not UL listed but it is CE listed ( if that matters to you). 3) I’m not sure how true the “True RMS” really is. Readings fluctuate a bit especially against my Fluke meter. It’s a nice meter for home, car, science projects, learning electronics, etc. Just don’t take it to work and shove it in your back pocket with a screwdriver.

Small, Easy to Use and Includes a Case
This is my first multimeter and I've only used it so far to do a continuity test on a stove heating element so my experience with it is limited. So far though, I'm really impressed. It's smaller in size than most multimeters and has a nice sturdy storage/carrying case (the meter itself also has a protective rubber shielding around the sides and back). I really liked that fact that it came with a small book of instructions and included not just the batteries to get it going but also a spare pair for later. It would be easy to use even without the instructions as a number of the functions are basically automatic as long as you know what you want it to do. It wasn't the cheapest and is far from the most expensive but I think I got a lot for the money.

Does the job, quality built tool
Don't use it often, but it works great. Easy to read. Easy to use. Very satisfied.

It's just convenient but know it's limitations!
First off, you get a whole lot of meter for the price. There are a lot of YouTube videos showing the accuracy and it seems to be true. For me it's just tedious to use especially for prolonged periods. The buttons are hard to press, the leads are short and seems to be of low quality, also the lead plugs are not standard because of the size. It has a fake graph that just annoys me- should have left it out, Continuity tests are ok for obvious breaks in a circuit but intermittent problems it can't do because of the slow response time- this has to do with the auto function, it constantly scans or seems to be and there's no way of manually selecting one of the auto functions.I love the size and portability but if you're serious about reliable testing you need to buy a brand that has proven itself and that is going to cost you a bit more. It has some nice functions but seeing the questionable fake bar graph and the low quality leads I implore you, please do not do high voltages with this thing. It is convenient to use and slip into a bag and I'll definitely use it but I will not trust this meter for safety reasons.

Great MM for the money
I have been using multi-meters for last 35 years and have come across a lot of them. Most with regular AA or AAA batteries leak as I am not a daily MM user. I use it occasionally for different tasks such as household wiring, electronics projects, continuity checks or automotive use. This gem is the one to buy as it uses CR2032 batteries and I hope it will last for a few years. The accuracy is fair enough for me as I do not service medical equipment or build rockets at home :-)If you are a hobbyist, I can assure, you cannot go wrong with this purchase. I have other multi-meters but I like this one. The leads are a bit questionable as I am unsure how long they would last. I would prefer to have the leads connected all the time, but they do not fit the case if I do so, hence I have to unplug before putting them back into the case. This is not a "con" per se, but I thought I'll mention it here. Technology has come a long way and I cannot imagine how we managed with analog meters a few years ago.

Compact and sturdy construction.
Got this multi tester to to work on checking and building battery packs. This unit is compact and easy to carry around. It has a great case and extra batteries which is convenient. The leads are good quality and the display is back lit for working in low light conditions. There is also a small led light on the back. The sturdy construction is great and will probably survive short drops. Good unit for my basic needs.

Absolutely impressed
I do quite a number of electrical jobs...the meter still works. Smart function is really useful. I burned quite a few multimeters when trying voltage with continuity mode on (well..we all rush sometimes)... This multimeter seems to work well in 'fool proof' mode....one simply does not have to worry, as it choses mode automatically. Display is nice and big whereas whole multimeter is quite compact. Well done KAIWEETS.

Batteri slukare.
Svårt att hitta fel på denna, alltså helt ok. ;-)) Äter batterier så man bör undvia ha belysningen på i onödan.
