Reflective Vest for Cycling and Running Gear Including Two Safety Reflector Bands (High Visibility Gear for Jogging, Biking, Dog Walking and Workwear, Women and Men, Zip Pocket)

As demonstrated throughout the reviews, something about this vest makes you want to take pictures of yourself in it. In any case, here's what I thought:Pros:-Mesh with lots of holes, so it doesn't trap air and become billowy as you're riding-Roomy arm holes for putting over a jacket-Roomy neck opening for hoods-Good value, especially with the leg bands-Large area devoted to reflective materialCons:-The bands work okay for keeping your pants off the chain, but the Velcro is no very strong. Worried I might lose one-Size is Large and it feels like it could slip down if I wasn't wearing a bulky jacket - I'm 5' 10", 145 lbs-There could be more Velcro around the torso for tightening this rather large vestWould recommend in general for a vest to go over a coat.

I was worried, due to the price being so low, if this would be enough to keep me visible. I'm surprised to feel confident wearing this year round! The straps are about a foot before Velcro'ed, & the Velcro is strong enough to hold when tugged at. The straps are not only neon yellow, but highly reflective because of their lamenated coating. It's like the glossy finish directs the light like a magnifying glass. I The vest is large enough to fit over my layers comfortably & loose. The vest comes down to rest between my ribs & belly button. It breathes like a jersey, so it won't insulate. While it is water proof, it won't keep you dry; it just won't fall apart or never dry when it gets wet. Both the straps & the vest are extremely light weight. I bike to & from work, the grocery store, bike shops, metros, etc. & my roommate has taken it on a 10 mile run with it. I often forget I'm wearing it, ironically. BONUS: the belly of the vest includes a vipper pouch for your phone & keys!

This thing is much larger than I thought it would be - although not listed anywhere in the product description, the tag on the vest marks it as a size "Large". I'm a 5'9", 150 lb. man, and when worn over a t-shirt, it's very, very loose around the waist. It's better when worn over a jacket.Still, it does the job, and even though it's loose, it didn't fall off or anything. It might just look a little goofy doing it.

This is exactly what I wanted. Very light weight. Although it is not mentioned in the description, there is also reflective material on the back of the vest. The straps that can go around your legs has very little adjustment for size and the velcro closures are weak. I can always find a place to attach reflective material.

I wore this for the first time today. It was cold and I had on a big coat.For it to fit, I used the two extra bands to make the vest bigger. That worked and I had no problems.Not knowing exactly how I look, I felt more visible.

The vest was much larger than I expected but it works fine.

Strange fit. Too big and flimsy on the top. Price OK.

it's is a bit short for an adult.
