Works as advertised
No frills, works as expected.Needed a 140mm->120mm adapter for my AIO radiator. Between the RAM And MB in my case, the 140mm fan just wouldn't quite fit on the radiator (~3mm space needed). This did the trick and I particularly like that they are solid so the airflow thru the fan still goes into the radiator (mostly) fully.

Nice 140mm to 120mm adapter for fans
I ordered this adapter to attach to 120mm radiator for the CPU cooling unit. My CPU Cooling unit went out and had to order and install a new one. I ordered a new 140mm Noctua high speed fan to mount between the back chassis vent on a 120mm radiator to push air thru, so I needed this adapter. I have a fan on the interior of the radiator pulling.FYI...They give you the 4 fan screws but no mounting screws. I used #6 x 3/4" machine screws and cut to length. Works great. No rattling, tight fit. Plastic is made well, just don't abuse it or you could break it.

Good, bit pricey for a piece of plastic
Fits nicely on 140mm and 120mm, which is important.I bought this planning to go from a 140mm fan down to a 120mm AIO with a 120mm fan in "push/pull". The packaging seems to indicate you can only go from 120 mount to 140 fan and not the otherway around, but with some thought put into mounting it you can get it to work both ways.

Works as a fan bracket
Used this as a fan bracket for an area 51 r2 case since the actual bracket seems impossible to find nowadays. The 140mm side fit perfectly between the bracket mount points and 2 sided tape worked well. I mounted a 120 on it. Worked awesome for my use case. Only gripe is the screw holes were a bit too small for the longer screws I used so had to widen them a bit with a drill.

No Space for AIO Cooler Fan in your Computer Build? This IS the FIX!
Discovered while assembling my latest computer that the CPU cooler radiator fans would not clear the RAM stick modules on the motherboard. (This is a common problem in custom computer builds.) This allows downsizing of the fans from 140mm to 120mm without a significant loss of air flow. The completed unit fits like a glove and performs to specifications. A PERFECT FIX FOR A TOUGH PROBLEM!

Perfect
Rigid bracket. Accurate build quality. Used as standoffs for amplifier cooling fans in car audio install. Elevating 2 120mm 12v fans to ensure no carpet gets in the blades.

Complete waste of money
The money spent on the right size of fans is well worth missing the frustration that these bring. The screws wouldn't fit in the holes and the mold cracked, and they take up so much space. Absolute waste of money

They work as advertised, included shroud aligns with 120mm-140mm hole - screws missing - no offset for side by side mount
Does exactly as advertised. Allows you to mount a 140mm fan where you only have a set of 120mm case holes, but also works like a small shroud. Some cons. They are expensive for a such a simple inexpensively made plastic item and sold in singles only - which a later realized why. (hint - they don't work side by side without modification to mounted area)The adapters are supposed to come with 4 screws, but the screws are loosely floating inside the packaging (no screw bag) and the screws can slip out a gap between the cardboard backing and blister pack covering which is only affixed by staple allowing a gap to occur during shipping or handling of the product. Out of Eight screws with my two adapters I found only 2 screws in one package. Yep, half the screws in one pack and zero in the other. Chalk it up to a black hole between the manufacturer and the delivery to my address or the cheapskate who designed the packaging. Not worth sending back, because I have many bags of screws from previous fans ordered, but annoying nonetheless since you will need 4 screws for attaching each fan to an adapter and another 4 screws to attach to your case - that is 8 screws for each unit total. The material is quite thin and brittle where the 140mm fan mounts to the corners of the adapters. I cracked one corner easily by tightening one screw by hand, so I was more careful with the other seven corners when screwing the both fans on. Do not use an electric screwdriver or you will likely crack the corners. Kind of makes me wonder, had the missing screws been present maybe they would of fit better than the alternative ones I was forced to use?The last con, another reviewer mentioned that I will reiterate is that you cannot mount 2 140mm fans with 2 of these adapters side by side in existing 2 120mm side by side sets of holes without drilling, because the holes in the adapters are equally spaced on all 4 sides of the adapters. Meaning, one adapter will fit in the first 120mm hole set, but the second adapter cannot fit in the second 120mm hole set, because the 140mm width will encroach by 10mm over the adjacent 120mm fan space leaving no room for the second adapter to be mounted which itself encroaches another 10mm towards the first fans position. Thus, you can install one in provided 120mm hole set, but must drill a new set of holes 20mm over to allow for the 10mm encroachment of each adjacent fan. Had they offset some 140mm fan holes towards one side of the adapter you could just rotate to position the adapter to offset the 140mm fan 10mm to one side thus allowing two to mount in two side by side 120mm holes - which I had expected. The picture was somewhat deceptive because you see a slot for the fan mount not knowing the fan holes will only align with the outermost portion of the screw slots thus leaving no room for fan movement from one side to the other.Okay, only four new holes drilled instead of eight, not the end of the world, but almost making the whole point of buying more than one adapter to use side by side as I did moot as I wanted to have the option of putting my 280mm radiator there without drilling into the case. I would of abandoned the adapters altogether at that point had it not been for the fact that the shroud will likely improve airflow by increasing the distance between the fan and case. Besides, once I cracked one corner I figured I owned them. In retrospect I should have returned once it was apparent screws were missing from the package which may have contributed to the cracked corner to screw size.3 1/2 stars because they work, they have an included shroud that aligns with a 120mm to 140mm hole, missing screws and not offset holes for mounting more than one side by side. I fault myself for not researching them better.A decent product that could use a bit of improvement. Just know what you're buying, especially when the value is so low it's not worth the effort to return.

Bueno a secas...
Gracias

Such a simple but useful item should be included with PC cases.
I have an NZXT h510 Elite. My AIO watercooler for the CPU can mount to the front of the case by the intake fans, however the mount points for the 120mm rad are offset and about 1/3 lower than the top fan. I added an RTX 3080 Ti, which meant that I'd have to move my rad up (not possible with the case holes), or remove it entirely. Using this bracket, I was able to mount the rad to the bracket, and then the bracket to the 140mm top intake fan. Works perfectly, and now the CPU has one intake fan while the GPU gets the lower one. Such a small item, but it fixed my entire layout issue.
