There is less effect products out there including prescriptions, but Simethicone 80 mg has all antacids beat on the Retail Market , Drug Stores that promote their own, try it, its a product that you can't go without! Thanks for a good product that works!

These are hands down the absolute best for any kind of gastrointestinal discomfort. Plus they taste really good. Not chalky or stale like others.
