I dont like the fact that when hot water go in this bottle it doesn't stay lock, if u tilt it the cover pull out , and I read that it should stay 3mins before close even long after 3 mins the cover still a lift off I'm so disappointed I'm requesting a refund I'm afraid to put it in my bag wen I'm traveling

Only 4 stars for the dimensions of the cup I wish it came in a larger size and more colors, it keeps your beverage hot/cold for a good length of time , I can tip it upside down and it won't leak , I just wish it was in a larger size and had more colors

My first impression was the tumbler is very smart looking. I’ve used it for several days now and it is great for my coffee. Keeps it warm for hours.I don’t seem to get around as much as I used to. This was the first time I’ve seen the collapsible straw and storage for it. What a clever idea and easy to use. You can see and feel the quality of this product.I highly recommend this Tumbler.

The design of this product is a great idea with only two drawbacks; (1) It's just ok for keeping a drink warm and (2) Not even close to leak proof.I would easily give this item at least four stars if it had better latch. I've had a cheap dollar store travel mug with a better latch. I would not trust this again on the side of my backpack with hot liquids.That being said this is great for cold blended drinks. I just put a smoothie in it and this item great for it. Cold drink in general are wonderful for this product. For that reason alone I might buy another one.

Needs a better straw, always folds down

I love this cup it keeps my drink nice n cold. What I didnt like was that the top keeps comming off so easy and the ice melts I thought it would up hold the ice longer

Came very nicely packaged. The cup was exactly what my niece wanted for her birthday. Really nice quality. The stainless steel straw was perfect and I love the little compartment.
