This ended up being one of the best gifts I gave out for Christmas this year! Beautifully designed and works exactly as advertised. I’ve yet to have any issues with the sensor being ‘too sensitive’ or anything like that- it is perfect!

The media could not be loaded. when I first got this mirror it worked just fine. All the features, the sensor, the ring around it to adjust the lighting, the charging (even though I was chartging it weekly) all worked. Then one day I went to charge the mirror and EVERYTHING stopped. The mirror would not turn on or take a charge. The mirror was less than a yearly so it was under warranty. I contacted simplehuman after a little back and forth, they asked me to return the mirror. They sent me a pre paid shipping label. After a week, I received a refurbished mirror that does not work. The replacement felt like it was not put together right. The replacement takes a charge but does not turn on. The red light blinks when I turn it off. The green light lights when I turn it on but the mirror itself does not turn on. No sensor, no light. I made the mistake of buying three other mirrors (after buying mine) and gifted them to my three daughters. As far as I know only one of the mirrors is working properly. Buyer beware this product tends to stop working within the first year. I am not happy with simple human replacing a mirror that I bought brand new with one that was refurbished. I would've been ok with it had it been a working replacement. This mirror is very sleek, attractive, sturdy and very nice when it works. Unfortunately the technology, electronics and functionality is junk.

I bought this mirror to replace an old one that fell apart. I liked the color and illumination but it would not stay charged. I contacted Simple Human and they suggested a reset which I did. These mirrors are supposed to stay charged for weeks but I couldn't get it to stay charged more than a few days. I had to return it. On another note I bought another one from store and it did the same thing. Was told I must just have gotten a bad couple of them.

This mirror cost a lot of money and what you get is a lot of frustration. It will not hold a charge. When you charge it, it could take 10 minutes or 7 hours. It will not stay on unless your face is practically touching the sensor. This mirror is a total fail which is a shame. I wish it had a light to turn on and off. The sensor is a disaster.

Amazon will only give you a credit if you buy the replacement even if the product is double the price when returning a product that is faulty that was listed as "NEW" by both seller and Amazon.A Simplehuman mirror 2021 model was bought and received with a chip and lighting system never worked after charging it more than 24hrs. from out of the box. Troubleshooting format did not work at all.The most interesting part is the product looked exactly like the one a customer showed the picture of in his his/her review and the mirror had the chip and that fact the lighting was not working either was exactly what I had received. I wouldn't order it as I will grade this product a 1 out of 5 for its model and the service for not taking full responsibility to provide the customer with a new one that is not faulty.

This mirror is worth every penny it's unbelievable it's the best mirror ever in my life .Don't hesitate to spend the money you will not be disappointed it's amazing !
