Best Magnesium supplement on the market and instructions on how to use it!
This is the best magnesium supplement I ever tried and it's not even close. I tried all of them: glycinate, citrate, carbonate. This is the only one that actually delivers on it's promise. I've been using this for 6+ years, but only recently did I finally figure out how to get the best out of it.I've been reading a lot of reviews complaining that the taste sucks or is unbearable.(mind you, most of the bad reviews on here are literally based on taste, and not product quality) You're not supposed to take it in one go. I used to take a teaspoon, but not matter what I always felt deficient and dehydrated.Until one day it clicked: when we get our minerals through food, we are getting a consistent inflow of minerals 4-10 hours after we eat. When I used to take this, I would take it in one gulp and be done with it.Not only was that inefficient(due to the fact that you're excreting the mag), but also the taste was unbearable. It's also worth noting that magnesium is an electrolyte. You need a consistent supply simply because we sweat out a lot of it, especially in the summer. So I decided to change things up a little. I decided to mimic the way our body receives our minerals: piecemeal. I bought a 40 oz drinking cup with a straw(very important since this has chloride which can be damaging to your enamel), and then I diluted 100% of RDA according to the label(mind you the label doesn't state elemental magnesium, but magnesium and chloride). And instead of drinking it in one go, I drink it throughout the day.Holly Molly! It feels like I cracked the code. My energy doubled, my brainfog almost evaporated, my social anxiety went away, my testosterone and confidence went up, and most importantly, I alway feel like I'm fully hydrated.

Mg takes time
After a lot of research and some trial and error I can say that the two most important things I have learned about Magnesium are:1) Not all Magnesium is absorbed equally. This liquid Mg is absorbed very well, but could still lead to disaster pants if you take too much at one time. It is better to dilute the Mg in a large bottle of something tasty and sip on it all day.2) Magnesium takes time to work. I am not talking about hours, or days. Start with thinking that it will take a week or two to really appreciate the change that this can make if you are truly Magnesium deficient. I read one study that says it could take 40 weeks to completely stabilize in tissues in extreme cases.Yes, this stuff tastes horrible. Keep searching for something that makes it tolerable for you. Right now I am using a sugar free electrolyte mix and diluting it all in a HUGE half gallon water bottle.

100 % Absorbable Magnesium!
I suffer with ME/CFS. I've been using this product for two years. Prior to using this I tried several different magnesium formulas all in capsule form. I knew that you only absorb 30-45 % of the capsule form the rest lost in the bowel. After living with myoclonus and muscle pain I found magnesium to be hugely effective but causing some GI side effects. After research I decided to try Good State liquid magnesium. Alleluia!! The effect was almost immediate and kept getting better. I was thrilled with the relief of muscle pain but it has done much more than that for my health. To deal with the slightly bitter taste I take it with 4 oz of water and a table spoon of apple cider vinegar 2-3 times a day. No GI side effects!was almost immediate.

Works but can't get past the taste
This is a good product in that it is a good quality magnesium supplement. I really just can't get past how bad it tastes. I am trying so hard to keep taking it, but I can't seem to cover up the taste. I have found that magnesium chloride works the best for me. I usually do foat soaks, but was trying to do something more convenient. Unfortunately, I don't think this is for me. This product does really help with me insomnia and muscle pain.

I miracle, a gift from God.......seriously!
I have been dealing with horrendous migraines over the last 8 years. And they are weird because I wake up with them. I had them under control for a bit but they came back with a vengeance!I have tried everything natural to prevent them and finally narrowed it down to magnesium. But the problem is too much magnesium can have adverse effects to your tummy. However, I found out liquid magnesium has no side effects because it goes right to your bloodstream. I swear, this last year and a half ...my headaches have been almost daily....so this has been like a miracle. My disclaimer, I am not a doctor, I don't even play one on tv. I am just sharing what has worked for me....when I didn't see any hope for a good quality of life.

Yuck.
This is disgusting. I have tried every way in the world to get it down, and I still taste it. Mine is clear in color with no odor so I don't believe it's spoiled. I guess I'm just sensitive to the flavor. I wish I could describe it. It's not metallic as some have said. It's more of a weird rotten sweet flavor? My daughter hates it too. Edited to specify that when I say I've tried every way in the world to get it down, I mean I have mixed it with many liquids....diluting it HEAVILY. I still taste the rancid flavor.

Better value for a vital product
I read the book Magnesium Miracle and used the author's brand for a while. Hers has 150 units per 1/2 tsp. I started using this since it has 200 for the same price. A better deal. Same awful taste, so it must be right! I do use mine twice a day with some ACV, potassium powder, ginger, and some squeezed lime juice. Still tastes awful but has some kick and lots of good stuff! I have added some stevia recently and the taste has improved to acceptable. I feel great and my blood sugar numbers are down so I attribute it partly to my concoction...
