This tutu skirt it's very pretty. I bought it for my daughter for a convention of cosplay and it a perfect length. I has the perfect amount of ruffle. She look like a doll.

Perfection but if you’re a plus sized girly it fits a little snug

This fit me quite comfortably, and generally was adorable! The texture was a little rough, but I didn't find that to be too much of a bother. In my review, you can see 4 pictures, the first was my dress without the the tutu-petticoat thing (I have no clue what it is based on the title) and thr second was with. It seems to be both great by itself and paired under dresses! It does make some noise when it's touched or when you move, but if little noises from clothing don't bother you, I'd say it's worth it! Conclusion: Good product, makes some noise, odd texture, very pretty, multi-purpose, worth the money.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Nice color, perfect to go with a costume I made for someone! It's not quite as full as the image (they never are) but it's very cute and fluffy! The color is vibrant!

Simply hang and it fluffs right up. It is very well made, fits well and is well made. Highly recommend.
