I’m not sure why so many bad reviews although I broke my first drill bit. Instructions not great. But the key tool is to stick in the only hole it fits into- you don’t turn it, just put it in there. It allows you to tighten and loosen the device by spinning the gold ring. You loosen the ring, place bit all the way in, then completely tighten the cap. Then remive key tool. When drilling don’t use too much force or try to straighten out if you are drilling crooked or you will break bit. Follow these instructions and it works like a charm!

The items included are a great value. My only issue is that there were no instructions in ludwd on changing the bits on the drill or on what size drill bit should be used for the hardware that was included.

I love this thing. After my tiny hand drill snapped in half I was done with it and bit the bullet and bought this drill mostly due to the price. It does have to be plugged in to work. I wish it was wireless but it's amazing. Drills holes so fast and easy. And I even had it double as a drimmle last night to smooth away resin from a opening I had accidently covered. It's awesome. If you make jewelry or keychains, buy this now!

I bought this forever ago and use it for everything. Perfect for light crafting, will lock up if you push too hard.

Overall great product but I specifically ordered black and I got red. I saw there were other colors but I chose black. Why I have red I have no idea but I’m not even going to bother and replace it I’m just disappointed that someone couldn’t grab the correct color. It wouldn’t bother me usually but my whole jewelry set up is black white and purple and having this red here throws it off.

I put it to work right away on some really small holes I needed in hard plastic for tiny screws and it worked perfectly.It fits perfectly in my hand and even in tight places. It is a jewelers miracle drill for those really tiny drill bit jobs.I especially liked how it came with those tiny drill bits I used.

I haven't been able to use this product because if the missing item, however it's very small and convenient just disappointed I now have to buy this part seperatly.

This product is absolutely amazing. It was so easy to use and fast. I've been drinking holes into seashells. My tips seem to be sturdy. This This is just flat out amazing thats really all I can say. If you don't own 1 of these and you're a crafter then you are crazy.

The drill is good but the hooks that come with it should be longer. I had to order other ones

It has several different bits but you can only use the big ones due to it not tighting enough to hold the small bits.

Works good but the drill bits dont always stay in place. Sometimes they fall out while in use.

This would be good if it actually had more power and worked properly. All I’m using it on is wood and the machine stops in the middle of trying to drill. Cant put pressure on it or it stops the bit from turning. Cheap plastic not the best but a great idea. Wish it worked I’m probably gunna return it.

Does the job. Much better than the hand held one. Good performance for my crafting needs.
