Great product but some caveats before buying about door frames
This is a great product that I have used almost daily since purchasing to help me reach my goal of completing 3 true chin-ups in a row by end of summer (right now using resistance bands to help build strength). However, there is one big caveat that this will not work on all door frames. In fact, it only works in one doorway in my entire home; it does not work in the others because the molding is too high so it can't reach through the door frame properly - to help illustrate this I have attached two photos - one in the door way where it hangs (and works beautifully); and an example of one of the others where it didn't work in case it may help someone. If it is in a frame that will work for you - it does seem to be a high quality item that has not scuffed my walls or damaged anything. Photos are attached.

My Wife Loves It!
I bought this for my wife because she wanted some home based equipment to help get back in shape after giving birth. I had one of these before and got rid of it because it used to leave scuff marks on my door frames. Not this one! It's solid as can be and hasn't left a single scuff mark on the door frame. My wife's happy with it, so you know what they say... happy wife, happy life :)

The best workout gym bar I have ever had!
The workout gym bar is very strong and sturdy. Assembly was extremely easy and it takes less than 5 minutes. I did few pull ups, chin ups and dips with it and I found it very easy to do with this. The quality is very good and all the parts were nicely packaged. It comes with a 12-week Workout Training Routine and there is a Bonus Workout Video Membership even which is quite extensive. Overall this is a nice value for money product.

Much too complicated for something that shouldn’t be complicated!
Didn’t even begin to work in my doorway, had to return. Have a old house and I don’t know if the doorways are to narrow or wide, but it wasn’t going to hold anyone. Didn’t even go in the door frame so it made sense.

I've now put about 20 more dollars into this and it works fine, so for a $40 chin up bar id ...
When it arrived it was missing two bolts, I welded it together, so if you don't have access to a welder or other means of putting it together without some of the nessecary components then I wouldnt go for it. Also the raised portion on one bar to slide into another was oversized so I had to hammer it in after filing it down. The foam covering wears away almost immediately so I replaced that with higher quality foam, I've now put about 20 more dollars into this and it works fine, so for a $40 chin up bar id say its quality is best summed up with the word meh...

Uggg...really.
It works as said. It does support some weight. My 16 year old is in very good shape and he loves to work out. Pulls up are his way of waking up. He has improved greatly since I bought this for him at Christmas and he loves it. the only issue I really have with it it is tearing up the door frame bad! I mean it is now missing two huge chunks. We rent so guess who gets to pay for it? Not really happy about that!

Works well!
Stupendously easy to install and works well. No damage to the door frame so far. The only complaints are from my back muscles that suddenly have to work!

Quality Product, Wouldn't fit
Unfortunately I had to return it. No fault of the product, just didn't fit on my door frame.If you have really thick door frames in an old style house this probably won't fit.I still gave it 5 stars because it looks like a quality product, just couldn't useit anywhere in my home.
