Very badly broken
I love these cookies and thought it was nice to be able to buy them in bulk. While they tasted as delicious as ever, they were packaged poorly for shipment and arrived very badly broken. The flimsy plastic containers were crushed because they had only been wrapped in plastic wrap for shipment. I still ate and enjoyed them, but won't buy from this seller again.

Love these but many come broken
Love these. For whatever reason they aren’t as gooey as they used to be when I could get them at the store. I ordered knowing some would be broken but it wasn’t as bad as some people have said. Maybe about 1/3 of them. Still worth it to me and I’ll enjoy eating every one of those broken crumbs. I’m a strange beast in that I actually like crumpling them up into a bowl and eating them like cereal. Happy purchaser here!

Product not protected with any type of bubble wrap.
The cookies were delicious. But, as the picture shows, the container wasn't wrapped properly. There are 36 palmiers in the package; only 23 shown at top of photo) were whole or only slightly damaged. The rest (bottom of photo) were broken or shattered into crumbs. The crumbs were very good sprinkled on ice cream. But I'll look for them in a local store the next time.

Broken and Stale
I saw a piece on tv about the origins of the Sugsr Bowl Bakery-this was one of their flagship products so I thought I would try them. First and last time. Half of them were broken. The others fell apart when you picked them up. Inedible-so tasteless and stale. I wanted these to be good. Had to throw them all out-and I’m not a picky eater.

Simply Delicious
Already ordered twice and will keep ordering. These are so fresh, buttery, not too sugary - perfect palmiers! Yes, they are delicate and some were broken in spite of their secure bubble wrapped and boxed packaging, but it was for me, so what? When I finished the cookies, I ate the remaining crumbled deliciousness with a teaspoon right out of the container. Kudos to the bakers for such heavenly treat!

Update! Price has increased every time we order!!! What the ......???
OUTSTANDING! These are delivered fresh and delicious and well-packed, lots of quality product for the price! I was introduced to these by first purchasing them at Acme. MUCH better deal here! LOTS more for WAY less money per pound! My only problem is I can't control myself and I literally make a pig out of myself eating them! In fact, I am ordering more right now! UPDATE!!! I haven't had the problem some other buyers have had with lots of breakage. Some were broken, but not many, and they are crumbly textured cookies so a couple broken ones should be expected. But I have reduced my rating from a "5" to a "3" because it has come to my attention from my wife, who does the ordering, that the price of these has gone up THREE TIMES (three price increases, not triple the price, just to be clear), in the few weeks since we started ordering these. NOT FAIR! A "coincidence"? I don't think so! My guess is they have an algorithm that detects repeat orders of consumables like these and they raise the price until they feel they're getting as much as you'll pay for the product. Am I paranoid? Maybe! But it seems awful strange that these would go up in price almost every time we order them! In the course of a very short window of time! Something doesn't feel right about it, but I'm going to test it by not ordering anymore and see if the price drops down to what it was before. I shop on Amazon for convenience and price. Take out even one of those factors and I will go back to the brick and mortar store in a heartbeat ! Are you listening Amazon???

What’s to like??!?
I should’ve read the reviews the good ones are false; bad ones are accurate and be careful of Amazon or wherever they got these because they taste like they’ve been sitting in a warehouse for a long long time cracked flavorless any butter cookie at any grocery store would be better than theseI certainly hope someone from the sugar bowl company reads this review

Box of dust
I’ve order M-A-N-Y of these cookies. Yes all have had breakage due to the nature of these type of cookies. I must say this shipment was the worst bunch I’ve ever gotten. EVERY cookie was broken. I’m not saying just a little bit broken. I’m saying the box looked as if someone drove over the the box, played baseball, ice hockey, etc. with it. It was pretty much a box of dust. I started ordering these because Whole Foods stopped carrying them. Should have left well enough alone Amazon.
