Fantastic product and repeat purchaser. Below are all the different types of collagen, the only one missing from this product is type 4, but frankly i'm not bothered by that as i'm really not a fan of organs and i'm guessing this will impart a terrible taste to the product which is why it's omitted. Flavourless in coffee, but in my protein shake there is a distinctive taste although not particularly unpleasant.Type I Collagen: The most abundant type, found in skin, bones, tendons, and ligaments. Benefits include promoting skin elasticity, reducing wrinkles, strengthening bones, and supporting joint health.Type II Collagen: Predominantly found in cartilage. Benefits include maintaining joint health, reducing joint pain, and supporting mobility and flexibility.Type III Collagen: Often found alongside Type I collagen in skin, blood vessels, and internal organs. It provides structural support and contributes to skin's firmness and elasticity.Type IV Collagen: Essential for forming basement membranes, supporting cell structures, and filtration processes in organs like the kidneys.Type V Collagen: Found in hair, cell surfaces, and placenta, contributing to tissue formation and stability.Type X Collagen: Found in the growth plates of bones, it plays a role in bone development and mineralization.I hope someone finds this review at least somewhat helpful! I really like this multi collagen as it contains all the relevant collagen types to promote good health. It is also a good source of protein.It can be added to cooking or mixed with cereals or hot beverages. It desolved very easily and has virtually no taste.

From the research I've done, this is one of the best one to get. Unfortunately it is too expensive for me. I didn't realise that there were only 8 doses in the packet.I'd recommend it if you can afford it. It mixes easily and there is no taste/after-taste.

Very good product. No taste. Perfect in smoothies. Love how you get a scoop. Looking forward to seeing results 😀 So far so good, worth the money, good cheap and hopefully will make me shine from the inside out. 😀

I am on my second tub and I it has been helping my joints.I'm not sure why people are saying it's tasteless because it tastes and smell awful. Started adding mine into milk and turmeric with raw honey a night and it does make it easier to drink.Tried it in orange juice and I wouldn't recommend it as you can really taste the collagen.I would buy again, hopefully it will improve my hair as I'm going through female pattern hair loss.

I was skeptical about how good this product could be, but I did notice a really good improvement in my joint .and ligament pain. Skin improvements not so much as yet but I've only been using it for two months.Really really disappointed to see though, that the £18.99 tub I bought last month has now increased to £24.99. That's a £6 increase in four weeks, which is an awful lot.Now I know that collagen helps me, I'll probably order one more tub of this to see me through whilst I find an alternative product that's cheaper.Great product, but I just cannot afford £24.99 a month in this cost of living crisis. Especially with no guarantee that it won't increase in price again.

When I stopped taking this my nails had become brittle. I tried a different brand but it didn’t make much of a difference. After just a couple of days of using this again, my nails got incredibly strong and white. I think it’s really effective.

I have been buying this collagen for quite some time, as it has unparalleled value for the various types of collagen included. I usually use half a scoop in a cup of coffee - it dissolves easily and there is no noticeable taste.I am using it preventatively, so I find it difficult to say if this has made any obvious changes, but I highly recommend it.
