Pegasus Premium Quality Self-Raising Flour, 1kg (Pack of 10)

This is good quality flour and gives my cakes a good rise.The only reason for only giving 4 stars is the price of it. it works out to approx £1.30 a bag and I can get a bigger bag at my local ASDA for 43p!I love the convenience of buying it in bulk online and having it delivered to my door, but there is such a huge price difference that I can't justify buying it on here. Gutted!

Liked the fact the bags weren’t too large but my goodness the worst self raising flour I’ve ever had, needed baking powder with it as it doesn’t rise without a great deal of help, no good for cakes or scones
