We've been trying several different brands to find what will work for bariatric needs and for wearing around. These have sufficient odor control for their thickness. Obviously thicker ones would have more, but those have proven to be too restrictive. Some brands are too stiff and thick between the legs, prohibiting bringing the legs together. Not these: The material is soft and pliant and the side materials are tougher than some. The XXL fits a 200 lb man with some room to spare. They give adequate length that some other have not.The only problem with this brand is that, compared to others, the tabs don't marry as well with the material that they stick to. While they do stick and can be refastened, they will pull fibers from the material when unfastened and tend to stick harder than others have. This does not make them unusable, since in nearly all other areas, they have proven to be superior. So far, we have not had any leaks. This is now our go-to brand.We wish this company would design a version of these for men who can use a urinal but who cannot transfer to the toilet for number 2's. Guys like this have problems with all the extra material in front that they don't need. It gets in the way. A version of these with a fly would be super!!!

These are not like the picture or description. They are impossible to put on and the two small tabs are impossible to hold together. If you are alone it's impossible to put on yourself. Buy pull up disposable underwear instead these are junk.

I had purchased 4 cases of 32 for my bed ridden mother. They work great, but beware of their bait and switch they had for a memorial day sale claiming to be 67% off. Instead of the 4 cases purchased in the sale they sent only 1 box of 32. My mother was trying one out when I got home. They only offer me a 10% refund or shipping back the 4 packs in the case for a full refund instead of sending the other 3 cases of 32.

My client needed a larger size and these worked great.

I have to use these at night as transffering to a commode is not in the cards right now. I am in a L-XL but both sizes of this product are hard to find in an ordinary store and when you do quite expensive but here on Amazon the are usually available and quite a lot cheaper by the case I buy them all the time here

Seriously?? A price jump from $70.02 to $88.23?? In just a few weeks? Needless to say I won't be buying these again. The Tena bariatric 3xl is larger, cheaper and more comfortable according to my mother.My mother is immobile and the PSW's have a hard time putting this diaper on her. The tabs rip off too easily and they often leak. Not worth the money.
