A high quality mick for sure!
This is a quality condenser mic. I just thought it was a bit gaudy-looking on my instrument. Don't listen to the hype about Behringer being a questionable manufacturer. I own a LOT of their products, and for decades they continue to work. Nope. They make very good audio products.

Excelent double bass microphone
Ok, so I bought this to record a saxophone on some live presentations, but the first thing I tried this on was on a double bass yesterday at a live jazz concert and the recording sounds awesome.Just something to have in mind, it is a condenser mic and it captures a lot of ambience, so the track on this one came out with a lot of cymbals' bleed from the drumkit (this is not an issue, it is just something important to know).I recommend this mic 100% for the price.

Look Music Tribe (owns Berhinger) up on BBB before you buy.
After six months, the microphone started making a loud, low hum that I couldn't get rid of. I tried different cables, speakers, interfaces, etc., and nothing seemed to help. Since it was still under the one-year warrantee, I contacted Music Tribe, which now owns Berhinger, and they basically ghosted me and gave me no help whatsoever. I sent several emails and got no response. Amazon was kind enough to give me a full refund. I'll never buy any products that fall under the Music Tribe umbrella again.

Great Quality for the Money
I use a clamp that attaches to my guitar. And instead of twisting the gooseneck down to mic the sound hole, I turn it up to sing into for rehearsing and songwriting. Works really well!

Sounds great for the price paid
Balanced sound with pleasant high frequencies. No feedback detected. I would like it to include a clip or adapter to attach it to the instrument. It would be great!

Way too noisy!
I tried on multiple systems, on my MOTU Audio interface as well as on my Field Recorder (Zoom) and in both cases, the noise floor was just way too high. I will say it sounded good but that noise level makes it a non-starter for the studio world. It may be ok for live performances.
