Great quality
Bought these as a gift for a butcher to use in the meat market and they have told me several times how great these knives are. They keep their edge for a long time, the grip is good even when working around water and blood, and they're easy to clean. They're happy with them so I'd say they're recommended.

Great knife
A cook needs his go to knifes and these are my go to for what I need for my cook prep. From fish to meats or fruit. What ever I need to cut I'm ready bring it ...lol thank

Very good with proper care
These are very sharp, easy to use knives and work well for cutting up and trimming large and small pieces of meat. I gave the 4 star overall rating because within the first month the 8 1/4 inch blade developed little rust spots on the blade; not a lot and they cleaned off easily. Be sure to dry well after cleaning and and air dry before putting into a knife block. They sharpen well and hold edge pretty well. A fairly good product for the money.

There is nothing to dislike about these knives. They are a little hard to sharpen but they hold their edge for a very long time

The knives are perfect for Home Kitchen but not Retail Meat Cutting for knives have no grip
I'm Journeyman Meat Cutter for Over 14 plus years... I ordered these thinking they would be useful for work but when they came in I noticed the handles where smooth. Unfortunately I can't use those do to working with blood, pork and poultry. The knives would be to slippery but great for backyard BBQ or Kitchen

good knives but boning knife had a flaw in the blade. customer service was awesome sent a new blade. lifetime warrenty have since processed several hogs and are very comfortable and easy to keep a hold of.
