Four items totaled are listed on the can. (1) Hydrotreated light naphtha is a light petroleum. (2) 1,1Difuorethane is a propellant listed as safe to use by the EPA for food. (3) Polydmethylsiloxane is a type of silicone. (4) n-Hexane 110-54-3 is a crude oil product that evaporates very quickly into the air and is used to extract vegetable oils from crops like soybeans. I use this product on my Cabela's meatgrinder after I've cleaned it, dried it, and before I put it away. It keeps away the rust while keeping the product lubricated between uses. Also never use this product near an open flame as it is very flammable.

Can this be used to prevent things from sticking to a toilet bowl? Will it wash off?

It will not penetrate the material of a toilet bowl. Porcelain that has lost its’ smooth surface can be waxed with a good paste wax

Can this be used to lubricate aquarium filter O-rings?

I think what you want if you are working around aquariums is the CRC 3035 Water Based Silicone multi-purpose lubricant. The MSDS quotes "Water Based Silicone LC50 Fish 515.3261 mg/l, 96 hours" for the dry silicone residue, however the multiple components, Polydimethylsiloxane (CAS 63148-62-9) Aquatic LC50 Fish 2.36 - 4.15 mg/l, 96 hrs should be allowed to dry and excess wiped off before exposing to the fish. Use an abundance of caution. The CRC 3040 Food Grade Silicone is more for coating metal parts, persists longer on the surface, and has more toxic components.
