The package was very steady and every required thing for installation was placed properly inside the box. And the installation was also done by a professional who was very polite and explained very well. Overall performance is good and purification is also fine as per the required TDS in the water.Over all every thing from getting delivered to installation went well.

Bad product and worst service
I am getting issues from day one. First the installation was not done properly. Then I had to call multiple times to get the technician here.When we started using the filter, the water had very bad taste. Undrinkable.Now all the water is going to the rejected line and no filtered water is coming.Have been calling these guys from last 3-4 days, no one is coming to fix this.Pathetic after sales experience
