Q: Does this monitor come with the desk mount?

If you mean the monitor stand show in the pics, yes. If you mean can it be VESA mounted on a stand or monitor arm then yes but, you will need to buy one.

Q: I see the product dimensions but what is the actual height of the monitor? I have two 32 and they are 17” from bezel to bezel.

I'm going to give you all of the actual dimensions because when I was researching monitors, I was always looking for all of these numbers too, and never quite found them all. Screen only, from the outer edges of the bezel, the height is 15 3/8" and width is 35 1/4". The screen itself excluding bezel is 14 1/2"(h) x 34 1/4"(w). The height of the monitor with stand is adjustable with max height from desktop being 23 1/4" and minimum height being 18 3/4".

Q: Does this have pip or pbp?

Low confidence no - I don't see any options for it in the settings and haven't seen any mention of it, may be buried somewhere though.

Q: how do you get this to say 10 bit color depth in windows 11?

You’ll want to try lowering the refresh rate. Maybe 120Hz. I keep mine to 160Hz though didn’t see a real benefit.
