Can't believe how realistic these little chunks of "cheese" look. A tiny bit if yellow in the resin and some people have mistaken them for the real thing. We use them to display our resin and wood serving trays with "fake fruit". Great touch to the display and and so much cheaper than buying wedges all ready prepared.

Most of us saw this and thought, I should make cheesecake. I should make cheesecake that actually looks like pieces of cheese. That's going to look awesome. But when it comes to it, you realize that you have to freeze your cheesecakes Rock solid if you want to be able to remove them without damaging the shape. That's a huge issue. When people manufacture these type of molds they should always think about what it's going to be like when people have to remove them from the molds.

My kiddo wanted a cake shaped like a wedge of cheese so I went for it! These little candy wedges complimented it perfectly!
