05.23.2025 i ordered this replacement shield for my husband as he is a wood tuner and everything that could fly at his face this has protected his face, head, and eyes. It did finally after al.ost a year get horribly scratched up, but you have to remember all the flying objects. I would so totally recommend this for just the safety reasons and bc its durable and did its job. It didn't fog up. It you also ad cheap white shaving cream to the inside it will be extra anti fogging. The fit was great and fit perfectly on his head piece. Hubby said the comfort was perfect and he wears it for hours on end almost every dayI would highly recommend

Millwright for a living.After having more than a dozen different face shields over the years I pick up a Jackson with the flip down shade 8 visor ( the eight ended up being too dark, changed it out for a five) love the contour of the unit, and the fact that its been the longest lasting clear shield I've ever had.It doesn't attract every thing in the world, its fairly scratch resistant and it doesn't "blur out" after you clean it a few times.Had it about two years now, use it daily for grinding and cutting and this is the first replacement shield I've purchased (I do blow it off and store it in a bag).Well worth the money.Jeff

clear with good fit
They work well clean up nice with micro fiber towel & glass cleaner , i use invisable glass cleaner.lense cleaner towels with scratch , I stay away from them for this shield.

Safety
Been a wood turner for about 5 years now. I've tried a variety of shields before but this one is by far the best. I've gone through a couple of these(They scratch easily) and recently got a new one. Was turning a piece of wood and BAM, piece flew off and smacked me dead center in my mask. Thing didn't even budge and left a tiny mark, but saved my face. Safety first people!
