EDIT: The replacement is getting worseWon't seal at all unless I hit seal like four times. And then it smells like burning plastic. I will not be ordering a third.First one stopped sealing after only a few uses. Second one they sent for replacement picks and chooses when it wants to suck and seal. Yes, I'm using it correctly. I'm no stranger to vacuum sealers. This one just kinda sucks.

I loved this product when I first got it....even intended to buy more as gifts. However, the sealer stopped working after only 8-10 uses and obviously the product is useless if it doesn't seal properly. Unfortunately for me, even though I had only used it a few times before it gave out, I had received the product slightly over one month earlier so now I am unable to return it. Don't waste your money on this product.

I have owned this for 9 months. From day one I had to press the seal button 2 or 3 times to seal. It stopped sealing completely about half way through the 2nd roll of bags. Not impressed! It came with 2 extra sealing rubbers. Never made it past the installed one.
