Such a nice portable fireplace. Unlike the picture, this fireplace is completely black with a glass insert. It is solid and seems to be very well made. It is about 27 1/2 inches wide by 19 inches tall and 5 1/2 inches deep. It came very well packaged. It was packaged in several boxes with protective materials in between them. I'm sure this is why everything was intact. It was super easy to put together and the instructions are complete and easy to understand. It's a little heavy but not too heavy that an adult can't move it.By looking at the pictures with the description of the fireplace I thought it would be bigger. It's a little small for a big room. I plan on using it in a smaller bedroom which should work great. It doesn't come with any fuel so you will need to get that ahead of time. It was simple to add the fuel (with the enclosed funnel) and light the fireplace. There is a tool that is also included that you use to move the flame box cover over the flame box in order to put the fire out when you are finished using it. So far this is a beautiful accent piece with a modern twist and I haven't even had then chance to light it yet! I received it in a timely manner in good packaging. There were no scuffs or scratches do to shipping, it was well protected. The pieces are very easy to assemble and it comes with a funnel for easy filling of the fuel. There is also a slider and a handle made to easily extinguish your fire when done. You can mount it to the wall with a specific mounting bracket and screws that are also included. It is very heavy so that may be a good option depending on where you want to place it. The glass piece that covers the front in the range of the flames is what sets this peice off and brings it the modern flare! The glass is easy to install and remove for cleaning when needed. I haven't had a chance to pick up the fuel to light this fireplace yet, but I will update with pictures when I do!I received this product at a discount for my honest and unbiased review

I love fireplaces and watching a fire burn! I find it incredibly calming and almost hypnotizing even, but in my small living space I didn't think I could have a fireplace inside until I read about bio-ethanol fuel fireplaces and they seemed like a good fit for me. I was worried that this fireplace would be hard to assemble or time consuming but it was neither it was SO easy to put together and place where ever you desire. I am not very good with assembling things so this is important to me lol. The fireplace does not come with any fuel so be sure to order some online when you order this. I didn't order any fuel online and thought I would be able to find some locally but did not have any luck so ended up buying some off of Amazon. The fireplace looks very nice and modern, it fits in well with the rest of the decor in my house. My only complaint would have to be that when it arrived there were a few places where the fireplace was scuffed up, it is not very noticeable when in use though so for me it wasn't a huge deal.
