I've bought these at the parts houses at the counter in an impulse jar for just a couple of bucks. Being retire now I have spend more in gas to get to a parts house than the difference in the online price. But it's a good product.PAINT IT RED..... so you can find it if you drop it. It hides really good in the grass.

Works well on most residential units, however on some of the smaller Carrier units it will not work on the suction service valve due the valve's short length. The smaller section of the tool doesn't allow the larger section of the tool to seat and engage the suction valve properly, it's too long. I installed a unit today and had to break out my allen key set. I guess if every A/C manufacturer used the same size service valve on every unit no matter the ton rating then it would be golden. The only alternative, would be to purchase two of the these and cut off the smaller section of the wrench. Aside from that, the hex key has performed well, no other complaints. It's held up well and will probably purchase another and modify it for the smaller units. Only reason I detracted a star because it's not the perfect tool for every unit.

Works great. So far the adaptor has not stripped or started to chip at all from the first hundred uses, which alot of other brands fail to pass.

I used this tool for a season and found it to be of high quality. Once it failed to open a valve, but every other brand of service key we had with also failed on that valve and we had to use a hex wrench instead. I would buy this again and I recommend it.

This is a mandatory tool for all HVAC technicians. I bought this item along with the Yellow Jacket 60613 Service Wrench for servicing condensing units. Quality construction with the highest ability makes this a wonderful gift for the typical HVAC tech.

Works well only down side you need to take a grinder and cut off like a 1/4” off the liquid side key so the bigger one doesn’t strip out because as is the big side only sits in a 1/16” or so in a rheem and Lenox king valve
